| Hugh McCurdy Park is the home of the Corunna Historical Village of Shiawassee County and is
located in Corunna, Michigan.
The park offers 30 acres of pure, recreational fun. Enjoy a lazy, summer day fishing, canoeing,
or throwing horseshoes. While the children play on the playground, grill dinner with your family
at the pavilion. When the snowflakes fall, enjoy ice skating on two available ice rinks.
The park also offers a commercial building, gazebos, a pavilion, a fishing pier and a banquet hall that can be reserved for social events. For reservation information, contact the Corunna Parks and Recreation Director at (989) 743-3650. McCurdy Park is located on M-71, 1/2 mile west of downtown Corunna. From I-69, take the 118 exit and follow M-71 east to the park. From M-21, turn south on N. Shiawassee St. then turn right at the light onto M-71 (Corunna Ave.) and continue to the park.
JAMES S. MINER WALKWAYMcCurdy Park also connects with the James S. Miner Walkway, a beautiful way to see the river front area between Owosso and Corunna.
